Refund Process:

- Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
- The refund amount is credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Successfully downloaded digital files.
- Accessed online courses or subscriptions.
Replacement / Reissue:
If your file or link is corrupted, we’ll reissue it within 24 hours after verification.
